Steven Tyler of Aerosmith performed with the First State Force Band in Alexandria, Virginia at the C.O.P.S Memorial on May 16, 2002 at the United States Coast Guard Park. While he visited the First State Force Band, he signed the Electric Guitar that was auctioned off on June 5, 2002.
